When choosing a brunch spot, I usually pick based off of drink specials, first and foremost. Then I'll consider food. But when I feel like having a fancy brunch experience, Q De Cheval is my top choice.
Located in the Intercontinental Hotel in Addison, TX, Q De Cheval is upscale brunch at it's finest. Crisp white linens. Delicate white china. A lavish buffet filled with steak, salmon, and lobster. A harp player for atmosphere. It's great.
Q De Cheval has their own staples: omelette station, carving station, and elaborate cheese station, and fondue station. But they feature a variety of seafood entrees, switching out week to week. And not to mention that the beverages are unlimited.
Brunchlust Rating: A It's on the pricey side but you truly get what you are paying for.
